We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard & Amex) which are processed with STRIPE. Paypal is also available to use.If you want to pay cash, cheque or make an e-transfer, please contact us at contact@lamisthree.com and we will guide you through the process.

All our pieces are of top quality. All repairs are done on a case-to-case basis. Please contact us if you have any concerns with the products bought on our site. If you have a piece of jewelry that you did not purchase from us and want to get it fixed, we can offer that service for a minimal fee.

The pieces on our shop page are all listed in CAD. However, we provide invoices in USD or CAD for all customized orders.

We do not have a store. We have a private office located in Downtown, Toronto and do not accept walk-ins. You can however book an appointment in advance for any in-person consultations. All our pieces are made to order and completely customizable. We do not keep any ready-made pieces as inventory. We do however have a vast collection of diamonds in inventory, either natural  or lab to show you for all engagement ring orders.
