All items are made-to-order which require approx. 3-4 weeks to ship out and reach its destination.Items are shipped daily from Mon-Fri (Holidays + Weekends are not included)All customers will get a FedEx tracking number once their items have shipped out.We only use Fedex Priority Direct Shipping. Please note that all pieces require a signature upon delivery. No items will be left in your mailbox or at the front door.Each piece will come with a full appraisal, which can be used for insurance purposes.All customs & taxes are paid by us and are included in the price.For any pieces exceeding $25,000cad, we will be in touch with you directly.
